This room is deep cleaned and deodorized after each guest checkout.

The guests can use the kitchen for cooking; utensils will be provided. All utensils, plates, cups etc. that the guest uses need to be cleaned by them. The dining room has a table and chairs.

The room has good internet, computer table and chair, dresser, mirror, table lamp, clock and good internet.

TV is in the living room. I don’t watch TV so I don’t have any cable channels but all the national channels are there.

If you have additional guests then an additional guest fee will apply. During reservation, please put number of guests as 2 (you are the first guest and your guest is the additional guest) and the fee will apply when you make the reservation.

I do not have pets. The upstairs unit is whole unit short term rental listed on this channel. Those guests could have a pet (I only allow cats and trained dogs for the upstairs unit).

Sometimes there could be get togethers in the upstairs unit during weekends so expect some noise at that time.

Passcode door lock. Passcode will verify provided 2 - 3 hours before check-in.

Living room/ dining room access only after 3 PM during the week since I work in the living room and all my meetings will be over by 3 PM.

Shorewood is a unique and pedestrian-friendly urban village styled in the European tradition. We are the first suburb north of the city of Milwaukee on the shores of Lake Michigan - bordered by Lake Michigan on the east, the Milwaukee River on the west, and the Village of Whitefish Bay to the north. The street where this house is located has less traffic so it is generally quite. There is a bus stop nearby.

Prices optimized for peak/ lean seasons and events for this location. i.e. when the demand for short term rental stay goes up during peak seasons and events in the area, the room prices go up. During lean seasons, the prices are lower. Please review the property description, photos, amenities etc. and then book the property.

No food will be provided. The food in the kitchen is not for the guests. If there is any food in the guest bedroom, then that is for the guest.
