⭐️ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - 3 BEDROOMS ⭐️

The amazing cabin features three furnished bedrooms. All three offer high levels of comfort and convenience through their layout and royal-sized beds. Pick your bedroom to relax and rest after a memorable day of adventuring throughout the rich natural settings of The Great Smoky Mountains.

Slow down and connect with loved ones in our comfortable backyard which has grassy lawn, trees and a hammock for complete relaxation. On the wooden deck, enjoy morning coffee as birds sing or BBQ on our propane grill. Sip cocktails on our porch or sit on our swing on the deck, all beneath the glowing string lights. Soak in our hot tub after a day of exploring the Smoky Mt area. Enjoy family and friends but the firepit (wood logs are not provided and can be obtained at the local gas stations).

You will be able to access the whole home as well as the backyard area. It feels secluded yet 7 miles from Dollywood, 2.5 miles from the Titanic Museum, and 9.7 miles from the Smoky Mt National Park Welcome Center on Banner Rd.

It is best to have an All-Wheel Drive car in the Smoky Mt area particularly if it is raining or snowing since the roads may be steep. There is enough parking on our property.

1. Before heading in, screen shot the check-in details and download an offline map for directions in case you do not have signal
2. There is a camera on the front porch and side of the house by the garage, pointed out for your safety.
3. There are only 2 trash cans outside, so any additional garbage can be left inside the house, as there are bears present in the Smoky Mt area.
4. Gas fireplace is only available between Oct 1st- March 31.
5. We do provide routine pest control around the property, but you are in nature, so there may be occasional bugs.
6. We provide a pack-n-play and high chair, but you will need to bring your own sheets for the pack and play.
7. This is a quiet neighborhood, so please keep that in mind when playing music or hanging outside. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
8. We are on well water so the water pressure may be low at times.
9. Bears are roaming the Smoky Mt area. Please don't keep any food in the car or out on the deck. Any trash should be in the caged trash cans and sealed.
10. No smoking of any kind (including but not limited to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or recreational drugs, etc) inside the house.
11. We highly recommend Trip insurance just in case you have to cancel for any reason.

⭐️ PETS ⭐️

Dogs only with a one time fee of $75 per stay, up to 3 dogs. Must be house trained. Confirm with host before booking, certain breeds are NOT allowed, as per the home insurance policy. Please do not allow pets on furniture or beds.
Dogs should not be left unattended inside or outside the home. If leaving your dog inside the house please place them in a crate.

Pooping/peeing outside the house only (please pick up any poop).

Any dogs brought without permission or that break any of these rules will result in an additional fee of $500 and guests may be asked to leave the premises without refund.

Entire Cabin. At least 4-5 cars can park in the driveway in front of the house.

SUV/AWD is highly recommended particularly if it's snowing or raining.

Other things to note
The indoor garage parking spot is not accessible to the guest as it is used as storage by our cleaners.

Our space is located in the woods. Though we treat the exterior to keep out pests including insects and mice, this is a reality of nature. Our space may not be a fit for those who are extremely phobic of these and other wildlife.

Winter Road Advisory:
Please be advised that the road leading up to this property may become icy or slippery during the winter months. Guests are encouraged to use vehicles equipped for winter driving, such as SUVs or all-wheel-drive cars. Carrying tire chains is also recommended for added safety and traction.

Travel is rewarding, but sometimes things don’t go as expected. People can get sick, flights can get canceled, inclement weather conditions. and bags can go missing. To help protect you, we highly recommend obtaining travel insurance and assistance services, prior you your trip.
