The space
Located on a quiet street with ample on-street parking, this building is located conveniently to McFarlan Woods/Mt. Airy Forest and dog park. Westwood is a very walkable area with sidewalks on every street. Head to the local coffee shop, Muse Cafe, or grab a pint and a bite at Westside Brewing or Nation Kitchen and Bar.

Unwind in the spacious living room and enjoy your favorite shows streaming on the 42” Roku smart tv from the relaxing couch.

The newly renovated kitchen includes all plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, cups, toaster 5 cup coffee maker and other basics needed to prepare your meals. We provide paper products to get you started (paper towels, tp) but you will be responsible for purchasing those items for the duration of your stay. We do provide all linens which you can launder in the washer and dryer located in the basement.

The bedroom has a queen, memory foam mattress with soft sheets, blanket, and duvet. The desk with office chair is located in the bedroom as well. Two large closets provide ample space to hold all of your clothing.

Guest access
You’ll have access to your unit (unit #2), the hallway and basement area where laundry is located. No storage is provided unless requested or approved.

Other things to note
House Rules:
1. This is a smoke-free property. No smoking of any kind inside the unit or anywhere on the property. This property is not a good fit for smokers because if there is an odor of smoke of any kind left in the unit, you will be charged an additional $500 remediation fee.
2. Quiet hours are 9pm-7am; but please be respectful of all guests at all hours as some guests work nights and sleep during the day. Be mindful of TV noise, foot traffic, closing doors, and voices.
3. Pets must be accounted for and leashed on property and hallways at all times. We are a pet friendly facility. We charge a monthly pet fee of $100/month per pet.
4. Early or late check-out fees apply and are not guaranteed. Please speak with host directly to coordinate and get pricing.
5. It is the responsibility of the guest to take trash to designated trash can and have it out by the curb on trash collection day (Thursday mornings), or the evening prior. Recycling (green can) is collected every other week.
6. Laundry is in basement and is not an additional charge, we just ask that guests be mindful of usage and limit loads to 2-3 per week. Guests are to provide their own laundry soap and dryer sheets. Please be considerate of other guests and remove laundry from washer/dryer in a timely manner.
7. Parking: there is ample street parking directly in front of and across the street from the building. Parking in front of the garage in the back should only be used when confirmed with the host.
