How do I change or reset my Houfy password?

Change Your Password

To change your password on Houfy when you're already logged in:

1. Click your profile picture in the top right of Houfy and choose Security & Login - or go straight to houfy.com/account/userverifications.

2. In the Change Password card, enter your current password, then type your new password twice.

3. Click Update.

Reset Your Password

To reset your password when you can't log in:

1. Go to the Log in page and click on forgot password.

2. Type the email associated with your account, then click Continue.

3. Follow the instructions in the email we send you.

The reset page confirms that it has sent you a link even when the address you entered is not registered with Houfy. If no email arrives within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then try again with the other email addresses you may have used — including the one on your Google or Facebook account if you signed up that way.
