Beautiful Beach Views, Hilton Head Villa

Top-floor villa with private east-facing ocean views and afternoon shade! Cozy and affordable, featuring a queen bed with smart TV, two small bunks (with a privacy door), and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy central air, fast WiFi, two smart TVs, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for home-cooked meals. Direct beach access onsite and just a short walk to Coligny Plaza, Celebration Park, shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park.

Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Between walking and biking you really don't need a car. There are bike rentals in walking distance (or you can have them delivered). There is also a Trolley that picks up across the street that goes to other island areas for just $1 per person
