For the 2026 season, Steam Cleaned the floors, cleaned all the furniture, new kitchen dishes, flatware and glasses. Fresh paint throughout the villa. Every area in the condo has been deep cleaned and is ready for your beach vacation. The building recently (2024-2025) completed extensive weather proofing throughout the property, updating the elevator, fire alarm/suppression system and improvements to the pool, deck area and equipment. North Shore Place stands apart from other buildings due to the ongoing maintenance and updates ensuring our guests have an enjoyable and uneventful stay.
