The listing is accurate and Gioacchino is a very welcoming host - great communication across our stay, including helping me late in the evening after our flight landed in a wrong airport :) Some notes: - The terrace is very spacious and has indeed some sea view (although you are behind two other houses) - The ceiling is indeed the biggest downside, especially in the kitchen area and even more so for people taller than ~1.76m. You will be bumping your head quite a bit, or walking half-bent - In terms of daylight, there are two door and two roof windows in bedrooms - The house has most things you may need including a washing machine, except maybe a dishwasher and a coffee maker - A beach is very close but the one at the end of the street isn't really a beach - it's a tiny spot of sand behind stones which gets covered in water during the high tide. We ended up driving to other beaches most of the days. - There are two restaurants within a walking distance, also some street food - Self check-in and check-out were smooth
