Lake Havasu City vacation rentals

We rented Casa Azul for 3 months and loved the fast communications whenever necessary. ( I always have questions.) Everything was very clean, new, comfortable and owners are wonderful "Superhosts" and have taken extra steps to provide everything you could need. The hot tub is amazing and absolutely necessary for active lifestyles. LHC has so much to offer and this gorgeous property was located within 5-15 minutes of all the activities you could want and a superb home away from home to return to daily. This my ‘go-to’ place to stay when in Havasu. It’s very comfortable, clean, private, & perfect for multiple people especially when from different families. Which brings me to my biggest point = this place is very UNDERRATED, the pics do not do it any justice, & honestly are terrible pics, especially because they do not show the perfection of the layout, & they do not show that the home essentially has TREE PRIVATE MASTER SUITS. The original master is HUGE* w/walk-out to pool area. The original 2nd bedroom on the other side of the house has a pocket door in the very short hall that makes it it’s own private bedroom + bath w/it’s own walk-out to the pool area, along w/a lounge area outside that door (not the dining table pictured). The 3rd is an add-on in what used to be the garage, w/a full bathroom & its own AC. The pool is a swim-in-place pool, but has seating for at least 4, w/jets & is heated like a jacuzzi. Marie is great, responsive, flexible, & accommodating. I recommend to all!

My family and I rent homes several times a year in Lake Havasu for our summer outings and this was our first time at this home. This home had EVERYTHING we needed and more. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the rental process and during our visit. The pool was perfect after coming home from the lake and the open concept was perfect for the family. We can’t wait to come again and this will be our new “go to” property!

Stayed here with 11 people who were working on the fireworks shows at Sara Park, and not a single negative thing to say about our experience at this house. Highlights included: 1. What a beautiful place! The pool at night is stunning, and it was worth having it heated. 2. Impeccable attention to guest comfort. Everything was considered, down to the towel sets for each guest. 3. Kitchen was very well equipped and we had a lovely gift basket full of snacks to welcome everyone to the house. 4. Edward was exceptionally responsive, even alerting us proactively to the cool kitchen sink that you can turn on with a wave of your hand at the base. 5. Huge washer and dryer made it easy for people to keep up with the dirty work of building a fireworks show over the 8 days we were there. 6. The multiple living areas made it easy for people to spread out and find their own space when they wanted it. I could go on for 10 pages, but if you're considering staying here, do it! Spectacular place.

The "Havasu Perfect Happy Place" is the perfect description for this home. The house was clean, comfortable and set up with everything you need for a home away from home. The pool was awesome. It was 110+ degrees all of the days we were there and it was nice to enjoy the pool after a day on the lake. Plenty of parking for the boat. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, but just up the street from "main street" (shops, bars, etc.) and the London Bridge. Christine was great to work with throughout the entire process, and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making it an enjoyable family vacation in Lake Havasu.

Loved the place. It was bigger than I expected and perfect for our family of 6. My 6 year old and 3 year old stayed in the bunk beds of the one of the rooms. 2 year old twins slept in master bedroom in a play pen we brought with us. One great amenity was the condo had a washer and dryer. Unfortunately things came up and we missed out on our entire stay but made the best of the little time we were there. Perfect walk down to the river walk. If you have a boat, I would look into getting a slip ahead of time since we failed to do that we had to make other arrangements to store boat elsewhere. Communication between Bryant and I was quick responses. He even offered me an extra day in which I jumped on being that we missed out on a day of the trip, however Bryant backed out on staying the extra day and we had to rearrange our plans. Place is great. I loved it. If you have a family especially little kids. I would not stay here. Once we checked out we were acussed of things that did not happen. A $300 charge is insane especially when you know for a fact these things did not happen. So check the place take pictures before you get situated. You might get accused of things that were already there prior to your stay. We were even accused of going over maximum people allowed. Insaine accusations. Christine’s home is absolutely beautiful. It is just what we needed, and we were able to fit our group comfortably in the house. The views outback were amazing, the kitchen was well equipped, and our host was very responsive. We look forward to our next visit.
