The Black Pearl – 4BR Beach House with Pavilion | 5-Min Flat Walk to Pearl Beach

The Black Pearl is an exclusive-use four-bedroom beach house and pavilion, a five-minute flat walk from Pearl Beach. With three queen bedrooms, a king-single bunk room and two bathrooms, it sleeps up to eight guests, including a maximum of six adults.

YOUR SPACE
Your booking includes both buildings and the garden. The main house has two bedrooms, a full kitchen, living and dining areas, and a bathroom. The separate pavilion has two queen bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a kitchenette. Moving between the buildings involves a short outdoor walk, so please consider the layout when allocating rooms to children. Neither pavilion bedroom has a private ensuite.

MAIN HOUSE
Bedroom 1: queen bed, window seat and built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: king-single bunk beds, built-in wardrobe, toys and books.
The bathroom has a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, heated floor and heated towel rail.
Open-plan living and dining flow onto the deck. Enjoy ducted air conditioning, fly screens, NBN Wi-Fi and a smart TV. The full kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, fridge with ice maker and Zip Tap. The laundry has a Bosch washer/dryer and sink.

PAVILION
Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, remote blinds, ceiling fan, air conditioning and smart TV. They share a bathroom with walk-in shower and heated towel rail, plus a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and breakfast bar seating for four.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Gather on the deck or terrace, cook on the BBQ and relax among mature trees. The garden is completely unfenced, so children require supervision.

INCLUDED
Beds are made for arrival. Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided, along with bathroom toiletries, hair dryers, cooking basics and laundry detergent. Beach gear and a beach cart are available. Please bring your own beach towels.

You have exclusive use of the main house, pavilion and garden, apart from locked owner cupboards and the garden shed. Check-in is from 3 pm and checkout is by 10 am. Please review the house rules, payment terms and refundable deposit details before booking.

Hi, I’m Rebecca. Pearl Beach has always held a special place in our hearts. After years of holidaying here, we bought a little fibro shack and transformed it into our ideal beach house—light, airy and relaxed, with thoughtful touches like generous storage and a Zip Tap. Pearl Beach is accessible by road from Sydney. For public transport, travel by train to Woy Woy and check current connecting bus services to Pearl Beach before setting out. Local services can be infrequent, so plan the return journey too. The house is a five-minute flat walk from Pearl Beach and the village centre. Confirm taxi, rideshare or other transfer availability and fares directly with the provider.
