Checking In-Arrival Day

When you arrive at Paradise Palms Resort, you will "check in" at the guard gate (left gate). The guard will have your name and your arrival date. Please be prepared to show ID, the guard will also take down your license plate number. You will then be given a parking permit to keep on your dashboard. This permit has a scannable bar that will allow you to by-pass the guard on future returns and return on the resident side of the gate. You will scan the code by laying the permit horizontally in the scanner. This permit will also enable you to park in the 8889 parking space.

Checking In-Arrival Day
Upon arrival at 8889 Candy Palm, park in the designated space for 8889 or any undesignated space.
Checking In-Arrival Day
You will have been given a 4 digit code for the front door to allow you to let yourself in. Please note, the door does not automatically lock. We ask that you help to secure our home and your belongings by locking the door each time you leave the property. All you will need to re-enter is that 4 digit code.
CLUBOUSE CHECK IN: you will need to check in at their front desk. A daily wristband and/or access card may be necessary before using certain amenities. (Ex: WRISTBAND: pool, game room, theater, grill or ACCESS CARD: exercise room) They will use the information given by you on the rental agreement to confirm you are a guest.

Be sure to read the guest book. Our guests provide wonderful tips and tricks for getting around, where to eat and where to shop!

***We have installed a sliding door pool alarm to help keep all of our guests safe. Disconnecting the alarm is not allowed. You will need to push the button next to the door prior to exiting (it will not make a sound), then press the button and hold, next to the door outside when entering. Once it beeps you may enter. **Note: the door can only be open 10 seconds before the alarm sounds-you may push the interior button to stop the alarm. This alarm plus the pool fence is in place to keep every guest as safe as possible but children should never be in the pool area alone.***

Enjoy your stay and reach out to the management team if there are any concerns. Their guidebook is on the coffee table in the living room, which includes their phone number.
