⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Perfect Stay at The Blue Villa! Our family’s stay at The Blue Villa was absolutely wonderful! The home is stunning — beautifully decorated with a warm, modern aesthetic that makes you feel instantly comfortable and cozy. Every detail was so thoughtfully planned, from the well-stocked kitchen to the little touches throughout the entire house that made our stay effortless. The amenities are top-notch — we loved relaxing in the hot tub, spending evenings around the fire pit, breakfast on the deck and enjoying the amazing game and entertainment space in the basement. The coffee bars on both floors were such a treat! The neighborhood is quiet and safe — perfect for a family with small kids. And the hosts, David and Shawna, were incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was a breeze! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend The Blue Villa to anyone visiting the greater KC area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sadie's. The house it so cute and comfortable. HUGE backyard to play in! Plenty of cabinet and counter space to use if you need to cook. A countertop ice maker!! That was so needed! Never would have thought that would be included. The weather was beautiful, and I appreciated the ability to open the windows and let in the crisp cool air. The thermostat was really easy to adjust too. The beds were very comfortable. Nice closets with hangers supplied. Plent of electrical outlets for charging. Games to play!! Grocery only 4 blocks away. Easy access to highways. Very easy drive to the stadiums. The neighborhood has some very colorful houses. I got a text every day to see if there was anything I needed. All in all the listing was spot-on accurate. Would gladly stay again!

I can't possibly say enough about how thoughtful Michael is. He was beyond thoughtful as well as generous with a wonderful welcome gift in the fridge. The building is so charming, bedding incredibly comfortable and the whole place had a feeling of home. A built in book nook for all ages added to the home like feel. We enjoyed the hot tub at night with the lights and it was wonderful. We truly had a great experience! If you need anything at all, such as questions about places in the area he is very attentive and responsive. He is truly what I would consider an A++ host all around!

We had a delightful stay. The neighborhood was so friendly and there are so many amenities we didn't even have time to appreciate them all. The hot tub was exactly what I needed and so great for socializing. The sun room was so peaceful. I was able to use the office to both have a place to get away to focus and the natural light with the large desk made it especially good for applying makeup. The speakeasy was so cool. I had a using a hiddwn door on my bucket list. I might have had even more fun watching everyone else try to find the speakeasy. The table down there was perfect for playing magic the gathering. We also found the kareoke machine which added a whole concert to one of our nights. I only wish we could have stayed longer.
