Dubai vacation rentals

Typically, I would stay at a hotel when travelling to Dubai, but on this occasion I opted for an Airbnb instead. Honestly, I had zero regrets. This place is centrally located in downtown, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and more. Plus, it's a short ride to the Dubai Mall. The area is safe, of course, and the security at the tower does its necessary checks. The apartment is as shown in the pictures. My only issue, and this is really me nitpicking, is that I enjoy taking a shower that feels like one just hit a sauna, and the water tends to be lukewarm to hot. No fault of the owner, think it's just how the building runs its plumbing. Would I stay here again? Yes. Most definitely.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. It matches the photos perfectly. The bedroom is spacious with a comfortable bed and plenty of closet space. The host provided hangers, a drying rack, a safe, blankets, and a cute lamp. USB outlets by the bed are convenient for charging. The ambient lighting is cozy, though the overhead light isn’t dimmable. The balcony is a highlight, with sofas, a small table, and beautiful lights, offering a lovely riverside view at night. The bathroom is very clean with mostly ample hot water, though it can be cooler late at night. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality, branded kitchenware, and a spacious, odor-free refrigerator. The living room features a large Samsung TV with clear picture quality. Watching 4K content is a great way to unwind. This property offers comfort, convenience, and quality, making it a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this apartment during a very stressful time when we were unexpectedly stranded in Dubai due to flight disruptions. Thankfully, the apartment was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and a calm place to stay when we really needed it. The host’s communication was excellent throughout. They were responsive, kind, and reassuring, which made a difficult situation much easier to manage. We’re very grateful for the positive experience and would happily recommend this place to others.

Great location, great and spacious apartment with everything you need. I stayed there for 4 weeks and had nothing but positive experiences with the apartment itself, the building facilities, the staff & security and the general environment. I was there at the time when the severe storm hit Dubai and the surrounding area. Ustay contacted me, warned me of the situation and provided me with instructions. The apartment remained dry and undamaged compared to many other places. So I felt safe during the storm. Ustay was also very accommodating and flexible when it came to the check-out time, which of course was great. To make it short: 10/10, absolutely recommendable and I would go there again anytime :)

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment. I go to Dubai often and wanted to try a location different than downtown. I’d say the location is great, Marina is a vibrant yet peaceful residential zone. The private beach access was a huge plus, providing a relaxing escape with stunning views of the sea. The apartment itself was stylishly decorated, modern, and spotlessly clean. I especially loved the interiors – everything was thoughtfully designed and made for a very comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth, especially with an early check-in request. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Dubai in a wonderful setting.
