Delaware vacation rentals

This condo is so nice! It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and big, the shower was great. Having a full kitchen is always a fantastic thing on vacation. Also, the half bath is a bonus! The location is fantastic…very close to Rehoboth and Dewey. Not having to go over the bridge into the busier part of Rehoboth (other than to do a Giant run our first day) really saved us a lot of time. We were close enough to actually walk into the shopping/eating part of Rehoboth and to walk to Dewey. The swimming pool at the complex is big and nice. The back deck overlooking the pond is very nice! We really loved the whole unit and are glad to have more trips planned to stay there.

We were taking a family trip and this was the perfect place to stay. You honestly never know how it will go booking a house, but this rental far exceeded every expectation. The home is comfortable, beautifully decorated, and so clean. It is also very well equipped. We took so much stuff that we didn't need because it was already there. Every detail is thoughtfully planned. The kitchen had everything. The towels were nice and fluffy. There are charging stations by every bed, hair dryers, paper products, random things like scissors, you name it. The wifi worked great, which was a huge necessity for those of us who needed to work (unfortunately haha) while on vacation. Our group had 3 sisters, 1 of our husbands, 1 grandma, and our 4 children ages 5-10. A lot of rentals way overstate the sleeping numbers. This was perfect for our group of 9. The pool is nice and close to the house. The location worked great for the things we had planned to do while in the area. Lauren was a great host and always in contact with us. We would recommend this home to anyone and would absolutely stay here again.

I was planning a get-together and I finally chose this place with no reviews, so I feel obligated to write about my experience. Upon contacting them, the owners were super nice, very flexible, and always accessible. They explained the house and area very well with almost any detail that could help us (little yet important things). The house was great! We've been to other rentals where the pictures somehow looked better than the reality, but this totally the other way. Don't be surprised if you found the house even better than the pictures posted. Downstairs, it offers a decent kitchen, a nice room facing the canal and deck, and spacious living and dining areas along with a master bedroom (with a bathroom). Upstairs, you can find a very nice (and large) master suite (with bathroom and Jacuzzi), one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with two twin beds, and a room with two full-size beds (bunk beds) each with a twin on top. The latter room offers great space for younger people to play and hangout. The deck is also large and nice, just make sure you enjoy kayaking along the canal toward the ocean, bring hooks if you want to use tons of the fishing equipment provided. The house offers ping-pong table, beach bikes, football table, two PlayStations, beach seats and lot more. The owners were available for any questions we had at anytime over the weekend.They were more flexible than our expectation and we thank them for the great time we had at their property. We were a group of 5 couples (no child) and we truly enjoyed our stay there, but I would also recommend this rental for families with children. I would not look for any other place next time I want to stay in this area, and I would strongly recommend it for your break. Long story short, stop looking and go for it or I have to spoil the welcome package and other surprises they have for you!

The first time I stayed in an Airbnb was at The Cabana Beach Condo at Villages of Five Points. It is a spectacular experience and a great place to stay. For seniors like us it is located on the first floor. No steps yay!! Rob the owner was the most accommodating in ensuring that all of our needs were taken care of. So much so we stayed four (4) separate times from February 5, 2025 through March 13, 2025. The condo is professionally decorated, very clean, and organized. From this experience of staying at this Airbnb it will be very hard for us to stay at a hotel ever again. Unlike hotels, you only communicate with one person instead of different people who are on duty. The environment is family and pet friendly. We met some wonderful people and dogs while walking our dog. The most memorable experience is when the owner contacted me to inform me that a winter storm was forecast. The cancellation time to receive a full refund was over. The owner offered to give us a refund anyway. The owner’s heart displayed so much compassion, understanding, and accommodations. He has a heart of gold. I highly recommend for those first time lodging in an Airbnb, The Cabana Beach Condo at The Five Points is the best place to stay. For those who use Airbnbs, you will love it too. Great location for eating out and shopping. Real, real close to the Delaware beaches. Likewise the condo has a beach and comfy feeling. So whenever you vacation in Lewes, Delaware lodge at The Cabana Beach Condo at The Villages of Five Points. We rate it 5 stars and more, if we could.

The pictures and description of the property do not do it justice. The house is beautiful, luxurious, and spacious. When we arrived the house was one of the cleanest rentals I have stayed at. Bernie had already provided toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, garbage bags, and even had some body soap if you forgot it. He spared no expense when furnishing the home. From high end appliances to amazing mattresses and bedding the property was truly a step up from most beach rentals. The grill was nearly new and was a dream to cook on. He had nearly all of the cookware needed for any meal. The only thing I would recommend bringing is a steam pot and crab hammers if you are planning on having a crab boil. Bernie even had a high end waffle maker to use. He had 4 adult and 2 childrens bikes and 8 beach chairs which was great because I didn't have to haul any of that stuff. The development is beautiful and quiet, and the pool is amazing. It is huge with shallow parts for the little ones and more than enough chairs and umbrellas for everyone. In terms of location, it is about a 5 minute drive to the shops, restaurants and beaches of Fenwick and about 20 minutes into Bethany. Grocery stores are 5 minutes away, and I highly recommend hitting up Grab and Go Tacos in Fenwick. Overall Bernie was great to work with and the accommodations were top notch. I would highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed. Also, I forgot to mention the view from the back deck. Having coffee every morning overlooking the bay is not to shabby. I want to thank Alan for making our Memorial stay one of the best. My spouse and I are both retired from the Army and was looking for a place to stay where everyone would have something to do for Memorial Day Weekend. The community had everything on the grounds that you didn’t need to leave, golf 🏌�🏾�‍♀️tennis 🎾�, volleyball 🏐�, swimming 🏊�🏽�‍♀️, running 🏃�🏾�‍♀️, etc. They have a bar at pool 🏊�🏽�‍♀️ and Trolley 🚎� that will take you around the grounds so you can view the beautiful community. There a bus 🚌� that takes you to beach 🏖�. As far as Alan Home 🏡� 5 Star ⭐️ is to low but this is the highest you can provide. Very professional answer all my questions within minutes, he went out of his way to get our passes to the facilities. The downstairs bathrooms were perfect 👌�🏾� for the older family members. All rooms were spacious and extremely clean. The kitchen was stock with food, paper products, pots & pans, dishes. Large refrigerator/freezer space. Thank you 😊� for a wonderful luxury retreat. I will keep this simple & please trust my judgement because I love to read reviews and give them. Plus, I am super judgmental, LOL! PROS: The home was clean (super clean). The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was clean, well stocked, and centered in the home nicely. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious, especially the 2 Owners Suites! My parents particularly enjoyed the Office in the bottom level Owners Suite. It was very convenient, since my Dad was working. The multiple decks were great, especially the screened in area which had a heater if needed. We didn't touch it, but its a great addition! We enjoyed the games that were provided, especially on the rainy days. However, the highlight of my trip were all the amenities provided in the Garage area: there were enough bikes for our entire family and we rode bikes in the beautiful community and the neighbors were friendly, we attempted to fly the kite provided but the wind didn't cooperate, and my sister went crabbing plus their were fishing rods available!!!! Their are televisions in each room which are all smart TVs. Last but never least the VIEWS from all the rear windows were magnificent. Waking up to the sunrise was priceless. I just loved this home and I look forward to returning someday. CON: The white carpet on the 2nd floor. I wish it was wood. I refused to let my entire family eat or drink anything upstairs. White Carpet is not forgiving, LOL!!!!! GREAT HOME OVERALL....ENJOY!

We had the VERY BEST week on our vacation - largely due to this beautiful rental home and Todd + Yvette's attention to detail. It is hard to describe the wonderful time we had! From the comfortable accommodations to location to weather - it truly was perfect. Not only is the house large and spacious but it was beautifully decorated, modern + didn't feel like a rental! There was space to spread out, space to dine together + space to retreat to your own bedroom. We especially enjoyed the large open kitchen, dining, living room which made it easy for hanging out + space for the kids to play. We loved the outdoor showers, very short walk to the beach [it is short- even the littles didn't complain!] + eating on the front porch. Todd + Yvette had wonderful suggestions on what to do + see. We rented bikes for the week which made seeing Dewey + Rehoboth easy. They offered suggestions on a linen rental service + beach yoga contact - both were lovely. We also did a catered seafood boil on the porch one night + a bonfire on the beach another - big hits with the group. Walking into a rental home with a group of 20 can be a scary process - what if it doesn't live up to the online reviews or owner description?! I can assure you this is NOT the case with this home - it exceeded every expectation + review. You can tell Todd + Yvette care about this home which is reason why we were able to enjoy it so much - if you aren't able to return the respect and care for the home, it isn't rental for you! Our only note would be to keep in mind that the upstairs bedroom with 4 twin beds is not completely closed - it is private + secluded but there is not a door from stairway. We can't wait to return in future!
