Hi There!

We’re Bobby and KoDee Browning, husband and wife for 10 years, Colorado natives and we’ve lived in Arkansas for 8 years now! The idea of a Short Term Rental peaked our interest on our honeymoon when we stayed in a small cabin in the mountains of Colorado, and it came up as fun small talk over the years as we traveled and stayed in several fun homes. We had hosted a room out of our home for a few years with success, and new that we would love to eventually have a full time place for a rental. We had no clue it would get to be so soon! Truthfully, it was a dream that we thought would be much, much later in life. Yet it was often a conversation in our home, and even in our prayers that God would provide. We tossed the idea to a realtor friend to keep an eye out for, but truthfully the list of specifics felt impossible to find. However, this past June a listing popped up and after a quick rush to look at it, we knew it was the one!
