My name is Cody and my boyfriend, James, and son, Jas, and I love the outdoors. Where there is nature, we find adventure. James' family is originally from Charleston, SC. Once James shared the beauty of Myrtle Beach with me, I was hooked. We turned a dream into a reality when we partnered with our cousins, Chris & Cheri, and purchased our first condo at Myrtle Beach Resort in 2018. We have loved every minute of it! This is our 3rd unit at Myrtle Beach Resort and have now purchased a condo in Puerto Rico.

We live in Wisconsin during the summers to manage our landscaping business and then we enjoy the fruits of our labor, soaking up the fresh Atlantic air at Myrtle Beach during the winter months. Chris and Cheri live in AZ enjoying the sunshine of the dessert.
