Spend the day skiing Jack Frost, exploring historic Jim Thorpe or hiking Nescopeck State Park, then come back for a soak under the trees.

THE HOUSE
The whole house has been updated and modernized, inside and out: new roof, renovated kitchen, new bathrooms and mattresses, and a brand-new mini-split system that gives every room its own heat and A/C. About 1,300 sq ft of open-concept living with high ceilings, natural pine and windows on three sides. On cold nights, a cozy indoor fireplace warms the living area. Quiet, non-through street with a cul-de-sac.

- Upstairs bedroom 2: queen bed (new mattress), 35-inch 4K Roku TV, desk just outside the door
- Upstairs bunk room: full-over-twin bunk bed, with a kids' play nook in the closet
- Sofa bed for extra sleeping space
- Upstairs full bath with tub and shower, cathedral ceilings and a skylight
- Bamboo bed linens, Egyptian cotton towels, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades

OUTDOOR LIVING
- 500+ sq ft deck across the back of the house
- Brand-new private hot tub, screened by privacy fences on both sides
- Propane fire table and outdoor heater on the deck (open wood fires aren't permitted)
- Screened-in porch for watching deer, birds and turkeys without the bugs

THE COMMUNITY
Beech Mountain Lakes is a private, gated four-season community in Drums, built around the 168-acre Lake of the Four Seasons. The house is not lakefront. Personal watercraft aren't allowed.

Nescopeck State Park, Hazleton dining and groceries, Lehigh Gorge trails at White Haven, Eckley Miners' Village, Jack Frost and Big Boulder skiing, historic Jim Thorpe and its rafting outfitters, Lake Harmony, Pocono Raceway, Montage Mountain and Kalahari are all within about an hour's drive.
