 Here is what you need to know when you arrive at Tiki House Pensacola Beach Home Rental and what to do before you leave to make sure your stay is the BEST it can be!

We use a keyless entry system.  You will be given a key code before your visit, usually after final payment of your rent.  If you have any problem at check-in, please call immediately to avoid being locked out.

1.  Enter your personal key code and wait for the locking mechanism to unlock.  Do not press the lock icon, as this LOCKS the door.

2.  Open the door.  If the door doesn't unlock, check your code and try again.  If it still doesn't unlock, text or call for assistance.  Entering the code incorrectly too many times will trigger the safe mode and lock you out for 30 minutes.  Watch the video to see the lock in action!

3.  Once you are inside the home, please do a walk-through to insure the house is clean and up to your expectations.  This is the best time for us to address any concerns you may have.  Please do not wait until check-out to address issues, as we will have no opportunity to solve them for you or future guests.  We want your stay to be perfect.  Please allow us to try.

4.  Text me once you are settled and let me know everything is fine!  

5.  Last, but not least, find our Welcome Book.  Make note of emergency numbers and other important information needed for a safe and fun stay.

Numbers to Know

1.  Return all items, furniture, and appliances to the locations they were found at check-in.

2.  Strip all used beds and place sheets and pillow cases and used towels in hamper in laundry room.  Please leave/return quilts, pillows and blankets to the bedroom or bed to prevent damage or soiling.

3.  Make sure grill is cleaned, covered and returned where it was found at check-in.  We do charge a cleaning fee if grill is not free of debris and requires extra cleaning.

4.  Make sure hot tub jets are off, cover is on, and heat is turned down to 80 degrees.

5.  Log out of any personal accounts, such as Netflix.  Owner is not responsible for any expense incurred if not logged out.

6.  Turn off all TVs, appliances, faucets, and lights.

7.  Guest will remove all trash from inside the property, bagged and placed in the outside cans provided for city trash pick-up.  

8.  Wash and put away all dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. 

9.  Gather and remove all personal items, including food and drinks.

10. Close and lock all windows and outside doors.  And lock front door behind you.  

Please remember, Tiki House is a vacation home, not a hotel.  Though we strive to make your stay perfect, things may happen.  If you let us know, we will do everything in our power to correct and do so with as little impact to your vacation as possible.  We hope you enjoy Tiki House as much as we do!

Tiki House is more than a vacation rental. It is our vacation home!  We purchased the home in 2015 because it is located in a quiet residential area right on the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful area is full of beautiful homes, quiet beaches with the Emerald Coast's signature white sand. It is still close enough to walk, ride a bike on the trails, or take the free trolley during the summer to restaurants, bars, and shops. Or you could head east to the visit some of the most beautiful and preserved beaches that are part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore. But we chose Tiki House specifically for its charm, character and amenities.  It has the largest private pool on the beach (according to our pool pro) and the perfect views from its many decks.  We want to make a stay at Tiki House as wonderful and memorable an experience for you as it is for us. Dedicated to making Tiki House THE vacation home of your dreams.
