Hi! I'm Shelly. I traveled extensively for my work as a critical care RN. Now I travel for pleasure with my wonderful husband Adam + daughters EvyLu + Calliope. We ride horses when we can + are working on regenerating our land using rotational grazing. I'm passionate about spreading the word: we can stop desertification + climate change by supporting our local farmers who use regenerative practices to capture carbon in the land. We do this while making the most nutrient dense foods to nourish our community. My family and I are working hard to provided farm to table foods for you, our wonderful guests.
