We fell in love with our charming one of its kind house in the historical part of Ferragudo on a trip to Algarve 2016. 2019 we decided to retire early to be able to live in this beautiful part of the world.

For us it is the perfect spot to relax, enjoy nature and go for daily walks with breathtaking beaches, golden rocky cliffs smelling the freshness of the Atlantic. 320 days of sun per year combined with excellent seafood and high-quality local produce and most of all the super friendly Portuguese people makes this the perfect place to live.

We love to travel and as experienced travelers, we understand the challenges of finding great places to stay and we always try our best to make your stay perfect and unforgettable.

We have a fantastic maid Rosa that has been working with us since 2016. She speaks very good English and keeps the house spotlessly clean and can provide you with onsite support.

We are not on-site when we rent out, so we will not have the pleasure of meeting you personally, but we are certainly reachable 24/7 by email, phone or WhatsUp.

Since we live in Ferragudo we are happy to provide guidance for local restaurants and hidden spots and answer all your questions before and during your stay. We are looking forward to welcoming you to Casa do Pescador (The Fisherman
