Family Amenities: 3 Pack 'N Plays, 2 high chairs, toddler dinnerware, baby gates, and a play structure for endless fun.

No Pets Policy: We kindly ask that no pets are brought onsite. There is a $500 fine for violations.

Parking: No garage parking but ample onsite space for cars, trailers, and large vehicles (5-acre property).

The home is yours to enjoy except a few closets locked as supply closets. We also have a garden shed and well pump shed that is locked and off limits for guests.

Coarsegold CA is 40 minutes outside of Fresno, CA or Madera, CA. A convenient location for folks to stay and take day trips to Yosemite Valley, Bass Lake or check out the towns (Coarsegold, Oakhurst, Mariposa).

Black Oak Manor is right off highway 41 so getting around is convenient. The Villa is less than 1 mile away from Chukchansi Casino which is the cheapest gas station around (cheaper than the Costco in Fresno, CA). Head over to Oakhurst where there are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and drug stores. For convenience items, there is Dollar General and gas station less than a 1 mile from the house (propane, ice, beverages)

HVAC control in living room and Game room (separate systems…Game room remote requires line of sight meaning you have to set your settings on the remote and point remote at unit which is mounted above the full bathroom)
