ACCESS: It is a quick walk from the lot, up a few steps to a partially enclosed hallway, then one more set of steps to the front door. There is no elevator.

PARKING: One parking spot is available in the condo parking area. Additional parking can be found on the street. No garage parking.

BEAR VALLEY RESORT COMMUNITY:
- Walk in our small community to check out restaurants, bar, shopping, grocery store, and music.

TOWNS NEARBY:
- Take a short drive down the mountain to enjoy restaurants, wine tasting, shopping, bars, golf resorts between Camp Connell and Murphys!

WINTER ACTIVITIES:
- Bear Valley Ski Resort - walk outside and hop on the shuttle to the ski resort (minutes away). At the end of the day, pick from several different runs (green, blue, or black) to take your home run to the condo.
- Cross Country Skiing - miles and miles of cross country skiing from Bear Valley Community
- Snowmobiling - Visit Bear Valley Snowmobile to check out options to enjoy the mountain terrain in style
- Sno Play - Minutes from Round Valley and Lake Alpine Sno Play Area
