The second floor is an open-concept living room with a dining area. There is a gas fireplace and bar seating. The dining table can be opened up to seat 6. Balcony with seating and ocean views.

The kitchen is galley style with a gas range, microwave hood, refrigerator, and other necessities like a toaster, blender, etc.

GARAGE
Parking is a premium in this area, and this narrow street is no exception. You have a private garage and the driveway in front - 2 cars can park. You will find a wagon with beach chairs, an umbrella, and possibly some beach toys!

NEIGHBORHOOD
This quaint and quiet beach town is just a few blocks from the heart, where you'll find restaurants, bars, taco joints, and yogurt shops. You are only a 5-minute drive to the more significant bustling shopping center of Ventura Harbor to rent jet skis or kayak...or go further north, and meander around San Buenaventura State Park.
