We care for every amenity with intention, and the home is professionally maintained. On rare occasions, service disruptions (such as Wi-Fi, utilities, or appliances) can occur in Prescott. If anything unexpected arises during your stay, we’ll address it as promptly as possible.

Prescott’s high-country desert setting is home to a variety of small creatures. While the home is thoroughly cleaned and regularly serviced, it’s possible for the occasional desert visitor—such as insects or tiny critters—to make its way indoors. Complete prevention isn’t possible in this natural environment. If anything comes up, please let us know and we’ll take care of it.

To help us maintain the home to our standards, glitter, confetti, or similar decorative materials are not permitted anywhere in the home or on the property. If used, additional cleaning fees will apply.
