Welcome to The Villa! An elegant 3BR/2BA retreat in a private gated community features a resort-style pool, park-like yard, outdoor misters, lakeside views, & spacious serene interiors. Walking distance to the Music Festival & a short drive to the Tennis Garden. Stylish & serene, The Villa has everything you'll need for a comfortable, luxurious and unforgettable desert stay.

The house has a retractable awning for shade, misters, and an outdoor tv. The hot tub heating is free, if you want to heat the pool there will be an extra charge.

There are four outdoor cameras at the property covering both side yards, backyard, and front door entry.

We only make our property available a few times a year for special events including the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament, Coachella, Stagecoach, New Years, Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Memorial Day. Other days/weeks upon request.

Best part? You can walk to the Coachella Festival grounds (yes, literally the closest community!) and you’re just minutes from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.
