Welcome to our stunning 7BR villa, located just a stone's throw from the historic charm of Tbilisi's old city.

Our villa features a modern interior design with floor-to-ceiling windows and can accommodate up to 14 guests, providing convenience and flexibility for families and group stays.

Public transport is also available just 50 meters away, and taxi rides to the old city typically cost around 5$.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Plus, there’s an outdoor space with a fire pit and recreational areas.

The second floor has another three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and its own fully functional kitchen. It also has a separate entrance and a big balcony around 40 square meters. All in all offering a great blend of comfort and convenience!

Our villa is conveniently accessible directly from Tabidze Street. The second floor, at ground level, can be entered right from the street. To reach the first floor, which has its own separate entrance, guests can go down a short flight of stairs.
