Perfectly located in the golden circle of Tbilisi town center , staying in this apartment will make you appreciate true Tbilisian spirit . Lovely balcony at which you will most likely spend good few hours per day ( if whether permitting of course ) is overlooking Shalva Dadiani street . Most of the touristic attractions are withing short walk distance such as Georgian national museum, National gallery , Opera and Ballet house , Rustaveli theatre , Gabriadze theatre , Parliament house , Mtatsminda park with a funicular, Rustaveli avenue , Kote Abkhazi street, Chardin street with brands shops , restaurants , bars, clubs etc.... sulphur bathes, Narikala fortress , glass bridge , Rike park and so on are in a short walk distance .

The apartment itself had been renovated in 2012 . It's not in it's fresh shape but due to our top cleaning policy you will really enjoy your stay here .
