The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests with three queen beds—one on the first floor and two on the second floor. A chair that converts into a single bed is also available. There is one full bathroom with a tub and shower, one partial bathroom with a corner shower (no toilet), and one traditional half bath.

Guests enjoy private keycode entry and driveway parking. Vehicles should be parked parallel to the front of the building to avoid blocking other cars. The basement and two upstairs closets are off-limits to guests. A doorbell camera records video and sound, and two additional dwellings are located in the attached barn with separate entrances.

Absolutely no cigarette smoking or vaping of tobacco or nicotine products is allowed on the property. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Only dogs are permitted with a pet fee and may not be left alone in the house. Sleeping is not allowed in the second-floor bonus room. Garbage pickup is Thursday.
