This is four-unit apartment building has two upper lofts and two ground floor lofts to choose from, all renovated with new floors, appliances, paint, shower doors, and vanities - the perfect long weekend getaway option!

This is a top-floor loft with vaulted ceiling and a ceiling fan in both the living area and bedroom. While there is not door between the two, the wall provides ample privacy. The windows in the living room face the ocean and you can see the beach and water.

Easy to cook a gourmet meal in the small but mighty kitchen full of pots and pans, plus a knife block and a spice rack and plenty of wine glasses. The drop leaf dining table easily expands to seat four adults comfortably for dinner.

If you stay a while, there is a laundromat two blocks away next to the grocery store. You can either launder your clothes or drop them for their 'do it for you' service.

This loft is perfectly located no only to the beach but to San Buenaventura Park. Rent a bicycle and cruise this gorgeous ocean front park or maybe ride to Ventura Harbor, just 15 minutes the opposite direction. Restaurants and shops and plenty of rentals to keep you busy in between your relaxation!

Conveniently located close to BUENAVENTURA PARK, rent a bike in Harbor Village, and explore the coast and its extraordinary beach views. We are half way between Malibu and Santa Barbara and not far from the 101 freeway.

You'll want a car to leave Pierpont but you can do without it all week if the beach and the little town are what you need!
