The space
Looking for your ideal, relaxing holiday, a chance to get away & experience the 'real' Italy? Well, at The Hideaway we provide all you need for your perfect break.

Our romantic farmhouse apartment nestles in a peaceful, wooded valley in the heart of the Le Marche countryside near Amandola. We are surrounded by nature, with views to Montefalcone & beyond.

Renovated to a high standard, we have blended traditional local materials such as cotto floor tiles, beamed ceilings & wooden shutters along side modern day necessities like double glazing & central heating for your comfort. We even provide special extra touches like bath robes for the adults, a lovely welcome pack & toiletries, helping to make your stay with us a memorable one!

Set in 2.5 acres, there are both shady & sunny areas of the garden for you to enjoy, for BBQing, relaxing on the hammocks, playing garden games or lazing in the pool.

Nature lovers will be amazed with eagles circling overhead, bird song all around, deer, wild boar & porcupines nearby & the spectacular stars at night. Sample the delicious local cuisine & of course wine & visit one of the many local colourful festivals.

With hill-top towns to explore, museums, theatres, mountain walks & endless outdoor activities, there really is something for everyone. From The Sibillini National Park to the Adriatic Coast & everything inbetween.

ABOUT YOUR APARTMENT

Your beautiful two bedroomed, well appointed self-catering apartment is situated upstairs in our 17th century farmhouse. We have lovingly restored it in a traditional manor - cotto tiles & wooden beams & shutters run throughout for rustic charm, complimented with modern comforts such as central heating & double glazing.

LIVING AREA
With it's own private entrance via your covered loggia & an area, perfect for dining out or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening, you enter your living room with two large comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, games cabinet & books for your entertainment. There is fast (up to 95 mb) WiFi throughout.

KITCHEN
The separate fully-equipped kitchen has an electric oven, four burner gas hob, fridge. freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, cafetierre, plenty of glassware, crockery & cooking utensiles & a dining area. There is a washing machine next door, with airer, iron & ironing board & a weekly use is included. If you require more than one wash a week, a small charge will be made of any additional use.

For stays of more than 7 nights, all towels & linen are changed at the end of your first week.

Your rental includes a final cleaning of the apartment, but as our turn-around time is tight on changeover days and our standards of cleanliness are high, we would appreciate it if you could leave the apartment in same standard as when you arrived.

BEDROOMS
Your romantic master bedroom with comfortable double bed & luxury bedding has dual aspect views over Montefalcone & wooden beams & shutters for the perfect, peaceful nights sleep. Also included is a safe, hairdryer and pool towels.

The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe and bedside table.

BATHROOM
Your bathroom has a shower, wc, wash basin & complimentary toiletries with wonderful views over the garden.

OUTSIDE
Outside there is a terrace for sitting in the sunshine by the shady acer tree & our large garden provides areas for relaxing in a hammock, reading & BBQing or cooling off in the pool. There are outdoor games for your entertainment and hammocks and sunloungers are also provided for your relaxation.

We live just next door & can be reached easily if you need any help or advice .

PRICING
Please note that the above prices include your final cleaning of your apartment - there are no hidden extra costs. We also include all gas & electricity, bed linen & towels, complimentary toiletries & use of our pool (June to September). There is complimentary fast wi-fi internet access throughout.

Guest access
As well as your private apartment, you can access all areas of the garden, bbq area, gazebos and pool.

Other things to note
Please note that smoking is not allowed inside your apartment however we provide ashtrays for smoking outside.

The Hideaway is a very peaceful place so we would appreciate you keeping noise down to a minimum in the evenings.
