A cozy A-Frame forest cabin with two bedrooms (one is a loft bedroom) and two full-size bathrooms. An open concept living room/kitchen area with views of Bear Mountain and breathtaking sunsets over the lake.

Relax and warm up beside a gas-burning fireplace, enjoy gorgeous views of the Big Bear area surrounded by treetops from our spacious front deck. Sit back and put your feet up and chill on one of our comfortable living room chairs or cushy couch, watch a movie on the Smart TV (Chromecast or AirPlay from your accounts on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube and much more), or just soak up the sun and views from inside the cabin. During the winter, you can view the ski slopes from the front deck - amazing Upper Moonridge views!

A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, and utensils, a toaster, a toaster oven, a microwave, an air fryer, a crock pot, a blender, and a tea kettle.

The main downstairs bedroom suite, with a private attached bathroom, is furnished with a queen bed, a Smart TV, an extra electric fireplace heater, a humidifier, portable fans, and a handheld garment steamer. The secondary bedroom is upstairs in the loft area, offering a queen bed and if needed a pull-out twin sleeper, a selection of board games, and an arcade machine.

This cabin features two full bathrooms. The first being within the main cabin area, there is a bath/shower combo. The second bathroom is located downstairs through the main bedroom and features a walk-in shower. The bathrooms are both equipped with overhead ceiling heat lights.

A confirmation to your acknowledgement of the rules via an e-signed guest agreement, a copy of a government-issued photo ID and a security deposit pre-authorization are required within 24 hours or when booking a last minute same day reservation the above is required within 1 hour.

Guests will have access to the entire vacation home with the exception of a couple locked owner’s cabinets.

𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚
Please plan accordingly, two cars are permitted to be parked in the driveway; there is no street parking or additional parking nearby.

𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗗𝗢𝗢𝗥 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗦
Please note...there are cameras located at the driveway and entrances of the property. These are solely on the exterior of the property. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other property policies. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in the immediate removal of guest(s) and forfeiture of all amounts paid.

𝗦𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗔𝗟
Snow removal services are supposed to arrive within 24 hours of any snowfall more than 4+ inches, to clear the driveway and a pathway to the main entrance. Snow removal companies cannot guarantee a specific time the property will be serviced. Therefore, guests may have to shovel a spot to park if they arrive before the snow removal company or if it snows during their stay. There have been times in larger storms (2ft+ of snowfall) when snow removal can take longer. It doesn’t happen often, and our other guests have always been able to make it work. Just know that in those cases we are doing everything we can to get someone out there.

𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗠𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥
Please be aware that weather conditions can change rapidly especially during winter months. We are unable to honor last-minute cancellations due to weather/road conditions. Chains or 4WD/AWD vehicle requirements are often in effect in order to enter Big Bear Valley. Guests booking a stay in the winter should be prepared for the possibility of tire chains being necessary to travel to Big Bear. This requirement is enforced by city officials and law enforcement. We recommend arriving before dark; guests arriving late during the winter months may encounter icy roads and long delays. Mountain Transit operates Weekend Trolley service providing transportation between local restaurants, hotels, ski resorts, and shopping venues throughout the City of Big Bear Lake.

Mountain Transit provides Fixed Route, Off-the-Mountain (OTM), and Dial-a-Ride service throughout the rural San Bernardino Mountain communities of Big Bear Valley, Crestline, Lake Arrowhead, Running Springs and Route 5 OTM even connects our mountain communities to the Inland Empire.

If you are looking to go up the mountain or down the mountain catch Route 5 Off the Mountain (OTM). Route 5 OTM connects Big Bear to Running Springs and San Bernardino making connections with Omnitrans, Metrolink, Greyhound, and other various stops.
