Relax and warm up beside a wood burning fireplace, delight in nature with treetop mountain views from our cabin's front upper balcony or back deck. Chill on the recliner, take a nap on one of the chaise lounges or grab a large soft throw pillow and watch a movie on the Smart TV (Chromecast or AirPlay from your accounts on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube and much more). The television entertainment system is equipped with a soundbar, subwoofer and Blu-ray player.

𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝗻𝗽𝗹𝘂𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆? Head to our back deck for an outdoor game of bean bag or ring toss. You can also have fun indoors and enjoy one of our board games or play a round of cards.

A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and ample counter space providing all the amenities of home! Stainless steel appliances, stainless steel pots and utensils, toaster, microwave, blender, and a tea kettle.

Our expansive coffee bar features a Keurig, French press, pour over coffee dripper, coffee grinder, Keurig pods, and an assortment of tea.

The cabinets are stocked with plates, bowls, tumblers, coffee cups, wine glasses and beer mugs. A gourmet selection of salts and cooking spices from around the world and a variety of our favorite hot sauces that we can’t wait for you to experience!

Both bedrooms and our office / bonus room are downstairs.

Both bedrooms have full length mirrors, a vanity mirror with lights inside the closet, luggage and shoe rack, hangers, extra blankets, heating, fans and humidifiers.

The main bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, Smart TV, extra pillows and a handheld garment steamer and iron. The secondary bedroom offers 2 oversized twin beds and a selection of reading books and games.

𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗘 / 𝗕𝗢𝗡𝗨𝗦 𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗠
A perfect little workspace for remote workers. This bonus room features a drop down desk, an ergonomic adjustable sit-stand stool, a space heater, and a comfortable sofa chair that converts to a small single bed.

A spa like bathroom experience awaits you! Walk into an oversized shower with a natural smooth river rock flooring and an adjustable handheld showerhead. Luxury hygrocotton bathroom towels, Q-tips, cotton rounds, plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and black makeup towels. The bathroom is equipped with an overhead ceiling heater.

𝗚𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗔𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 & 𝗗𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗧
A confirmation to your acknowledgement of the rules via an e-signed guest agreement, a copy of a government-issued photo ID and a security deposit pre-authorization are required within 24 hours or when booking a last minute same day reservation the above is required within 1 hour.

𝗚𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗦 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗩𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗪/𝗗𝗢𝗚𝗦
House-trained and friendly dogs 1 yr+ are welcomed. Up to 2 dogs allowed, additional dogs may be allowed w/ an added pet fee.

Guests will have access to the entire vacation home with the exception of a downstairs locked owner's closet.

𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚
Please plan accordingly, two cars are permitted to be parked in the driveway; there is no street parking or additional parking nearby. The driveway is on an incline but is paved.

𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗗𝗢𝗢𝗥 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗦
Please note...there are cameras at the driveway and property entrances. These are solely on the exterior of the property. Footage remains private and may be used to monitor occupancy and other property policies for liability reasons. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in the immediate removal of guest(s) and forfeiture of all amounts paid.

𝗦𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗔𝗟
Snow removal services are supposed to arrive within 24 hours of any snowfall of more than 4+ inches to clear the driveway and a pathway to the main entrance. Snow removal companies cannot guarantee a specific time the property will be serviced. Therefore, guests may have to shovel a spot to park if they arrive before the snow removal company or if it snows during their stay. There have been times in more significant storms (2ft+ of snowfall) when snow removal can take longer. It doesn’t happen often, and our other guests have always been able to make it work. Just know that we are doing everything possible to get someone out there.

𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗠𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥
Please be aware that weather conditions can change rapidly, especially during winter. We are unable to honor last-minute cancellations due to weather/road conditions. Chains or 4WD/AWD vehicle requirements are often in effect to enter Big Bear Valley. Guests booking a stay in the winter should be prepared for the possibility of tire chains being necessary to travel to Big Bear. City officials and law enforcement enforce this requirement. We recommend arriving before dark; guests arriving late during winter may encounter icy roads and prolonged delays—𝗕𝗲 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗮 𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝟭 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘁 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.

Bear Valley offers many effortless transportation options for guests and residents connecting all of their mountain communities! Local transportation options include: Uber and Lyft, Big Bear Taxi and Mountain Transit.

Mountain Transit operates Weekend Trolley service providing transportation between local restaurants, hotels, ski resorts, and shopping venues throughout the City of Big Bear Lake.

Mountain Transit provides Fixed Route, Off-the-Mountain (OTM), and Dial-a-Ride service throughout the rural San Bernardino Mountain communities of Big Bear Valley, Crestline, Lake Arrowhead, Running Springs and Route 5 OTM even connects our mountain communities to the Inland Empire.

If you are looking to go up the mountain or down the mountain catch Route 5 Off the Mountain (OTM). Route 5 OTM connects Big Bear to Running Springs and San Bernardino making connections with Omnitrans, Metrolink, Greyhound, and other various stops.

The home does not have central air-conditioning, but rather during the warmer summer months the cabin’s main living area includes a large portable floor AC unit. Central AC is not typical for mountain cabins. Powerful oscillating circulator fans are also provided in all rooms.
