Relax and warm up beside a wood burning fireplace, reconnect with nature in a beautiful mountain setting from our backyard deck. Chill on one of the comfortable living room chairs, take a nap on the cozy couch, grab a soft throw blanket and watch a movie on the Smart TV (Chromecast or AirPlay from your accounts on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube and much more). The television console is equipped with a Blu-ray player, lots of movies and board games plus the cutest Owl smart speaker with Alexa. You can ask Alexa to play music, read a bedtime story and more!

A fully equipped, beautifully designed kitchen with wood countertops providing all the amenities of home! Stainless steel appliances, enamel coated pots, utensils, toaster, microwave, blender, baking supplies, a tea kettle and a rice cooker.

The "Lazy Bear" bedroom is located downstairs on the main living area and has a queen sized bed.

Upstairs you will find the elegant "Winter Wonderland" bedroom with a CalKing sized bed and the "Tiny Pines" bedroom with a full size bed.

All bedrooms have full length mirrors or a vanity mirror, extra blankets, lots of pillows and heating.

Note: Upstairs head clearance is 7ft high in the middle and slopes down on the sides. Keep that in mind when booking.

A perfect little loft space, the "Cub Zone", best suited for a child or the young at heart. This bonus space features a retro style head to head arcade table with 500+ games, a cozy reading corner, glow in the dark stars, a play tent, and a comfortable small single bed.

Note: Loft area head clearance is 7ft high in the middle and slopes down on the sides. Keep that in mind when booking.

A spa like bathroom with vintage cabin charm! Walk into a luxurious shower with a flat river rock flooring, dual overhead rain shower system and an additional handheld showerhead. Luxury hygrocotton bathroom towels, plenty of shampoo, conditioner and black makeup towels.

A confirmation to your acknowledgement of the rules via an e-signed guest agreement, a copy of a government-issued photo ID and a security deposit pre-authorization are required within 24 hours or when booking a last minute same day reservation the above is required within 1 hour.

House-trained and friendly dogs 1 yr+ are welcomed. Up to 2 dogs allowed, additional dogs may be allowed w/ an added pet fee.

Guests will have access to the entire vacation home with the exception of a downstairs locked owner's closet.

Please plan accordingly, 1 car is permitted to be parked in the driveway; there is no street parking. The driveway is a gravel driveway.

𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗗𝗢𝗢𝗥 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗦
Please note...there are cameras located at the driveway and entrances of the property. These are solely on the exterior of the property. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other property policies. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in the immediate removal of guest(s) and forfeiture of all amounts paid.

𝗦𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗔𝗟
Snow removal services are supposed to arrive within 24 hours of any snowfall more than 4+ inches, to clear the driveway and a pathway to the main entrance. Snow removal companies cannot guarantee a specific time the property will be serviced. Therefore, guests may have to shovel a spot to park if they arrive before the snow removal company or if it snows during their stay. There have been times in larger storms (2ft+ of snowfall) when snow removal can take longer. It doesn’t happen often, and our other guests have always been able to make it work. Just know that in those cases we are doing everything we can to get someone out there.

𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗠𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥
Please be aware that weather conditions can change rapidly especially during winter months. We are unable to honor last-minute cancellations due to weather/road conditions. Chains or 4WD/AWD vehicle requirements are often in effect in order to enter Big Bear Valley. Guests booking a stay in the winter should be prepared for the possibility of tire chains being necessary to travel to Big Bear. This requirement is enforced by city officials and law enforcement. We recommend arriving before dark; guests arriving late during the winter months may encounter icy roads and long delays.

Mountain Transit provides Fixed Route, Off-the-Mountain (OTM), and Dial-a-Ride service throughout the rural San Bernardino Mountain communities of Big Bear Valley, Crestline, Lake Arrowhead, Running Springs and Route 5 OTM even connects our mountain communities to the Inland Empire.

If you are looking to go up the mountain or down the mountain catch Route 5 Off the Mountain (OTM). Route 5 OTM connects Big Bear to Running Springs and San Bernardino making connections with Omnitrans, Metrolink, Greyhound, and other various stops.
