Ostseebad Rerik - The former fishing village is idyllically situated on the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff. The thatched-roof house "Traumperle" is located in the Baltic Sea holiday park Rerik, which consists of various newly built holiday homes. Approx. 1000 metres from the beach and right next to a small forest where you can find a prehistoric grave and watch the deer in the fields in the morning.
The house is ideal for families with children, intergenerational holidays, holidays with friends, colleagues but also for couples looking for peace and quiet. New building: Completion July 2017. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room with a cosy leather corner, satellite TV, radio/CD, iPod and USB connection, wood-burning stove and large dining table for 10 people as well as a high-quality and fully equipped fitted kitchen with large fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, extractor bonnet, high oven, dishwasher, microwave etc.. There is also a large shower room with sauna. The modern bathroom consists of a sauna, floor-level shower, toilet and washbasin. 3 bedrooms and the wellness bathroom are located on the upper floor. All beds have adjustable slatted frames and high-quality mattresses. All bedrooms are fitted with fly screens and blackout blinds. On this level you will find three bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), bedside tables or bedside tables, wardrobe and satellite TV. There is a safe in one of the bedrooms for your valuables. Upstairs you will also find the wellness bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, toilet and wash hand basin. The converted loft is the ideal home for your children. There are 2 bedrooms. The bunk bed room with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), desk and wardrobe, and a second room with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), bedside tables, wardrobe, sideboard and satellite TV. There is also a third bathroom with a small shower for children, toilet and washbasin. The highlight of this floor is the robber's den for your children. You can park two cars behind the house and lock your bicycles in your own bicycle shed. From the living/dining room you can access the large terrace. The large garden table with space for 10 people invites you to a cosy barbecue evening (an electric barbecue is available in the bicycle shed). Charcoal, open fires and fireworks are not permitted due to the fire hazard of the thatched roofs! Max. 2 dogs are welcome on request! Please specify when booking.
