The back pavered patio offers a private fenced in area with festival lighting, dining table & chairs, and a grill perfect for outdoor entertaining. The front patio is equipped with custom made balcony chairs great for enjoying the activity and sun of beach goers. As you go upstairs, you will find 2 spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed and private second story balcony. The guest room has a queen bed custom made just for the beach. This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*Prices exclude minimum $300 security deposit
