Ocean Escape Townhouse - Jacksonville Beach

Enjoy Jacksonville Beach from this spacious townhouse that lends itself to privacy with all bedrooms having ensuite baths. You will be just a short walk from the beach that is sure to create a lifetime of memories. We have beach toys for the kids, beach chairs, and bikes for our guests to use while staying at our home. There is an outdoor shower that comes in handy after a day at the beach and a great landscaped backyard to enjoy with family or friends. The home has a washer and dryer on the first floor.

Our home does require guests to climb stairs. The living room and kitchen are on the second floor and the two main bedrooms are on the third floor. We also recommend not overcrowding the balconies (max 6 people on balcony at one time). We lived here ourselves for a year and noticed that the neighborhood is quiet during the nighttime hours. We ask that between 10pm - 7am our guest observe 'quiet time' where there is no talking on the balconies, music playing, or gathering outdoors on the property.
