The retreat features an open floor plan perfect for your stay. All bedrooms are on the second level allowing for large open space on the first level. The private heated pool, outdoor shower, comfortable seating and gas grill allow you to enjoy the beautiful days in Jax Beach. There is also a sparkling AirStream in the backyard equipped with a card table and bench seating, making a great place for the kids and kids at heart to hang out and play board games and enjoy. The game room features ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, a vintage arcade, and TV lounge.

This PET FRIENDLY beach house is dressed with smart TV's in every bedroom, WIFI, fully stocked gourmet kitchen including a blender, Keurig and regular coffee makers, and toaster; all you need is food and drinks. It also has a full size washer and dryer and a gas grill. Linens will be provided for all beds including the extra sleeper in the living room and the two beds in the AirStream. Bath and beach towels are also provided as well as beach gear – beach chairs, cart, blanket and cooler. Garage has been converted into an air conditioned game room, so you have everything you need without ever leaving the house!

Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 - 9/15. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. Guests use pool at own risk. ***
