Spanning over 2550 square feet, our property boasts a spacious ranch-style home thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests of all ages. With 3 generously sized private bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, all conveniently on a single level, our home is perfect for guests who want to avoid stairs. Families traveling with young children will find our amenities welcoming, as we provide a pack-n-play as well as booster seat and child-friendly tableware for dining convenience. As fellow dog enthusiasts, we recognize that our furry companions are cherished members of the family and should not be forced to stay behind.

Please read and agree to our house rules prior to booking or sending a booking request. To preserve the quality of our property, we reserve the right to decline hosting guests with negative reviews. Primary guest must be at least 22 years old. For certain bookings, we also require a credit card for a security deposit hold. Upon booking, the primary guest will receive a link to sign the rental agreement and input a credit card. Airbnb allows us to collect security deposit holds as we use an approved and secure channel manager (OwnerRez). This is NOT an additional charge. We require a security deposit hold for: 1. One night bookings ($500, for prevention of parties) 2. Pet stays ($250, for potential extra cleaning from excess dog hair or urine/pet doodoo) The hold will be released after check-out as long as house rules are honored and no significant damages are found. Houser rules: 1. No loud parties or events; maximum occupancy is 12. Visitors must discussed with host. 2. Please observe quiet time from 10PM-7AM and treat our home and our neighbors as your own. 3. No smoking inside our property. A $500 extra cleaning fee will be assessed. 4. Rental agreement must be signed by the primary guest. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if rental agreement is not signed. Check-in instructions will not be sent until rental agreement is signed and security deposit hold is scheduled (security deposit hold is collected for one night bookings and pet stays). For guests considering bringing their pet: While we are a pet friendly property, only dogs are allowed, with a max of TWO dogs per stay. We welcome well behaved dogs that are fully house trained, at least 1 year old, & weigh less than 50 lbs. Pets will need to be approved in advance and guests must agree to our pet house rules below. Extra pet cleaning fee may be charged if evidence of urine is found inside the home or pet feces found inside and/or in the backyard. Pet House Rules: Security deposit hold of $250 is required. This is not an actual charge, but a hold on the credit card which will be released within 3 business days after checkout as long as no extra cleaning is needed or damage found Pets must be kenneled or crated if left alone at the property. Guests must bring own crate or purchase one locally When outside the property, pets must kept on a leash Please do not allow pets on furniture Clean up and pick up after your pets.
