The space
The Winsome Western is located in a well-established and safe Lubbock neighborhood. A quick 15-minute drive will get you to Texas Tech campus or to several restaurants and shopping boutiques.

This new construction home comes with a fully stocked kitchen, two queen sized beds, two twin beds, a private and fully fenced backyard, a fire pit, as well as a hot tub. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body-wash are provided in both bathrooms as well as complimentary coffee. Staying a while? Feel free to use the washer and dryer!

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire house as well as the garage and fully fenced in backyard. Garage is available for use to park ONE vehicle as the ping-pong table is also located in the garage.
