The space
This 5-bed, 2-bath ranch home has been professionally designed and fully updated, complete with a finished basement packed with amenities, a spacious landscaped backyard with even more fun features, and an amazing location to explore the best of what Colorado has to offer!
- Step inside and be greeted by a curated western design and a cozy living room with a 75" Roku TV. The updated kitchen is a chef's delight, with Viking appliances, and all the amenities you need to whip up delicious feasts for your friends and family.
- Four bedrooms have King beds, and one has a Queen.
- 2 spacious bathrooms allow for multiple people to freshen up at once.
- Your large, fenced backyard is an outdoor oasis, ready for your pets to run and play, or for you to relax or host gatherings around the fire pit or outdoor dining table. We also have a natural gas Weber grill you can whip up a feast on!
- Warm up in our new barrel sauna, or test your skills on the putting green.
- In the heated garage, there are still more games! Ping pong and air hockey, along with two cocktail tables and seating, make this an awesome place to spend hours hanging out.
- In the basement, we have still MORE activities to enjoy, like pool and a speakeasy poker lounge (and another huge TV!).
- We also have available amenities like a pack n' play for your little one, and two rollaway cots for parties of 12.
We thought of EVERYTHING - so that all you have to do is enjoy yourself!

Getting around
Just off of the highway and driveable to most anything within 15-20 minutes, The Wild Western is in the perfect location. There isn't public transporation very close by, so we typically recommend for guests to be prepared to utilize rideshare apps (Uber/Lyft) from the property to get downtown, to Red Rocks, or elsewhere. Renting a car is a great option, too.
