A door code will be provided to you for check-in along with instructions on gate to driveway a couple of days prior to your stay.

* A copy of the front and back of a credit card and govt ID is required.
* Short Term Rental Agreement required for all rentals of 30 days or less.
* No eating or drinking in the bedrooms and/or beds.
* Guest acknowledges that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm until 8 am as sound will travel if too loud.
* No parties or events allowed.
* No pets allowed.
* The guest must provide us with a working phone number.
* NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage.
* Late check-out fee of a full night stay will be charged unless arrangements are made ahead of time with the property manager.
* Guests who make reservations for over 30 days maximum of 90 days must sign our standard short-term lease agreement or long-term agreement if over 90 days and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).
