The spacious bedroom and open-plan living room open onto the private verandah, ensuring stunning sea and mountain views from every main space.

Inside, your stay is elevated by luxury details: you’ll find Coco-Mat mattresses for truly luxurious sleep, soft cotton robes for your comfort, and a flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities so you can sign into services like Netflix, Prime, or Apple TV.

The bathroom is stocked with Korres luxury soaps and creams, adding a touch of indulgence to your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering a pleasure, featuring a full-sized fridge, stovetop, and a premium Nespresso coffee machine (with a selection of complimentary pods) for your morning ritual.

Guests are welcome to explore and enjoy the entire Iconpainter estate, offering a serene variety of spaces designed for relaxation.

The Gardens: Feel free to wander through the peaceful olive groves. You're invited to pick fresh seasonal fruits like figs, mulberries, apricots, pears, oranges, lemons, and pomegranates from the gardens, or admire the grapevines, which are active during the September harvest.

Relaxation Zones: Unwind on the hammock under the olive trees providing natural shade - perfect for quiet reading or simply resting.

Outdoor Enjoyment: You have full access to the stunning shared swimming pool and the communal BBQ area. These spaces are thoughtfully arranged to ensure your comfort and provide uninterrupted, stunning views of the Ionian Sea and the majestic Taygetus Mountains.

Other things to note
Adults-Only Policy & Extra Guest Fee:
To maintain a serene and relaxing environment for all our guests, we only welcome visitors aged 13 and over. The sleeper couch can accommodate two additional guests (aged 13+) at an additional nightly fee of €50.

Mandatory Climate Crisis Resilience Fee: As required by Greek Law, the mandatory fee for your stay is €8.00 per night per villa (March to October). For your convenience, this tax is included in your booking total. This ensures a seamless arrival without the need to pay in cash on arrival.

Seamless Arrival Services & Car Recommendation:
For your convenience, we can arrange a private taxi to collect you from the airport.

We highly recommend renting a car for your stay, as it provides the easiest access to local tavernas, the supermarket in the village, and the best nearby beaches. Please inform us of your preference for a taxi, and we will handle the details for a stress-free arrival.
