Per Broward County regulations: Any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily. Please park all vehicles on driveway. NO ON-STREET PARKING IS PERMITTED. Not suitable for infants (under 2 years)No smokingNo petsNo parties or eventsCheck-in is 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Payment Policy

50% of the cost is due upon reservation unless the reservation falls within 30 days of your stay, at which time the full payment is due.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Deposit refunded within 1 week of stay if no damages.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
