A wonderful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa located on Mammee Bay's waterfront
Terra Nova is a casual and comfortable waterfront villa located in exclusive Mammee Bay with beautiful views!
When you enter the villa you are immediately struck by the wonderful, spacious living/dining room with Italian marble floor and 27 ft. conical ceiling. The room opens up to a large covered veranda and 36 ft fresh water pool. A paved walk way leads out directly to the ocean. In addition ocean swimming at private Mammee Bay Beach Club is a short walk away.
Terra Nova has 4 large air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms all with attached dressing rooms.
The master bedroom is located in a private 2nd floor addition with spectacular views of the Caribbean sea, mountains and the town of Ocho Rios; day and night!
Terra Nova is ideal for those who like to stay active and site see, as Ocho Rios is less than a ten minute drive from the villa with so much to do! Enjoy water sports, day and evening boat cruises, tennis, nightlife, shopping, craft markets, music, clubs, duty free shopping, etc ... as well as many casual and elegant dining choices in Ocho Rios.
