We do allow guests to bring their families and we provide a pack n play, a high chair, children's tableware and sippy cups as well toys and games for children. However, we do have a private pool that does not have a safety fence or gate and no life guard on duty. A mandatory Swimming Pool Waiver & Release must be signed before check in.

Events and parties are allowed when it is understood that all HOUSE RULES must be adhered to and be approved prior to the event. NOISE COMPLAINTS will be fined the city rate of $2500.00 and if not resolved immediately, removal from the premises will occur. Disabling any safety feature, carbon monoxide detector, fire alarm, Ring Cameras will result in immediate termination of stay and no refunds will be provided.

No smoking allowed

No vaping, or smoking anything inside. Smoking of any kind is allowed OUTSIDE ONLY and cigarette butts must be disposed of responsibly and respectfully. Any residual smell, or evidence of smoking or vaping inside will be charged a mandatory Ozone cleaning fee of $250.00

Parking Included

We have space for 3 cars in the driveway, and adjacent graveled area. 2 car street parking is allowed, but there can be no blocking of neighbors driveways or side walks.

Getting around

Our home is located near local bus transportation and is easily found on maps and by Uber & Lyft drivers. We have never had a guest have an issue finding our home. Old Town Scottsdale is about an 18min Uber ride while Sky Harbor Airport is a 13minute easy drive!

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

There is a electronic keypad on the front door. We will provide you with a personal code, the morning of check - in. It is unique to you for the duration of your stay. The code below will be activated at 4:00pm on the first day of your stay and will deactivate 15 min after checkout. If there are any questions with the smart lock, we can let you in remotely. On occasion, depending on our bookings, we can offer early/late check ins/outs. It never hurts to ask if this is something that would help with your schedule. We try to be as accommodating as possible when our schedule allows.

Minimum age limit for renters: 21

We require the renter securing the reservation to be 25 years old to rent our home and all individuals in the rental party to be 21 unless they are accompanied by an adult or guardian.

We only allow 98 people maximum

House Rules

--NO SMOKING- Guests are not allowed to smoke anything (vaping included) inside the home. Outside the home is okay, please be respectful of the yard and dispose of all cigarette butts, empty vape cartridges etc.

--REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY- We can not allow unauthorized individuals on our property for safety and liability reasons. Failure to comply with this will result in immediate removal from the property and a refund will not be provided.

--OCCUPANCY - Our maximum number of guests staying overnight is 8/9 excluding babies. Any additional individuals staying the night will be asked to leave immediately. Failure to comply will result in the immediate removal from the property and no refund will be provided.

--PETS - We love pets of all kinds, but we have many guests that are allergic to a variety of animals. In respect to their comfort and health, we have chosen to remain a pet-free home. Failure to comply will result in the loss of your damage deposit. ** Certificated Service Animals are not considered pets. A mandatory copy of the certificate must be provided prior to check-in, and the animal must never be left alone in the home and be on a leash or under voice command at all times. Emotional Support Animals are NOT service animals and will not be allowed at any time.

--PARTIES-We love a good time, but parties that are loud and out of control are not allowed. There is a strict 10pm - 8am noise ordinance in Phoenix. If the police are called for a noise complaint, you will charged the $2500 fee and your stay will be terminated immediately without a refund.

--SWIMMING WAIVER- A swimming waiver will be provided for you to sign at the time of your booking. Failure to sign the waiver will result in the inability to stay in our home.

Payment Policy

A non refundable 10% deposit of the total charge will be charged to hold your reservation at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged 14days before check-in.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $500 is charged on all guest stays.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be cancelled 14 days prior to check in, minus the non-refundable 10% deposit charged to hold your dates on our calendar. No refunds will be granted after 14 days prior to your check-in date. Unfortunately there will be no exceptions, however life happens and we understand this. If you have had an emergency or another issue arise that can not be avoided, we will offer a credit for rebooking with us at a later date.

Notes

If a house rule i.e. noise ordinance complaint, additional guests overnight, destruction of home etc., has been broken at any time during your stay, we reserve the right to immediately cancel your reservation and a refund will not be provided.

As a guest, you must sign a Swimming Pool Liability Release Waiver and a Rental Agreement prior to booking your reservation.
