The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs along with another full bath which has tub/shower. The 3 bedrooms consist of one queen bed, one full and two twin beds. The Queen bedroom has a smart TV as well. All bedrooms have spacious closets and extra linens. There are plenty of bath and pool towels for guests. The main level is an open concept living room and kitchen. It has a full kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, fridge with water/ice dispenser, garbage disposal and all your essential cooking utensils. Also, included is a coffee maker, blender, and hot water kettle. The living room area has a smart TV, couches and a JBL speaker for guest use. The corner shelf has LED lights so set the mood at night with your choice of lighting. The outdoor area has a pool, firepit, grill and outdoor furniture including a hammock. Pool floats and toys located in shed. The seats on the turf grass also have storage if you lift up the seat. And if you're feeling cute, take some pictures in front of the green wall decorated with flowers and neon butterflies! It makes for some nice aesthetics!

The corner shelf LED lights can be turned on with the remote that sits on its shelf.

Pool lights are controlled with outdoor switch on next to window.

Pool floats/toys located in shed but may also be located in seat storage of the tan chairs/bench.

LED butterflies on Greenwell are battery operated so to turn them on just switch on the battery packs located in the green wall.
