Super Central Studio Right in the Heart of PB

This cheery studio apartment is a comfortable home base for enjoying Pacific Beach and San Diego! Located on palm-tree-lined street, right in the center of vibrant, fun-loving P.B.

You won’t even need a car as many of the beach bars, pubs and restaurants are just one block away.

If you DO bring a car a parking spot is included. Downtown is 5-10 minutes away, the beach is 1/2 a mile and supermarket is 100yards away.

I provide the beach goodies like a surfboard and boogie board as well.

Originally from Germany I moved to San Diego 12 years ago after falling in love with the city during a visit and have been very happy to call this wonderful city home for the last 12 years!

I was fortunate enough to be able to travel to 60+ countries and work in 10 of them and love exploring new places and make friends from all over the world along the way. Yet San Diego is still my all time favorite place to come home to :-)

I'm passionate about actually seeing REAL life and REAL people in each of the countries I visit and not just staying in a generic hotel. So as a AirBnB host and traveler myself, I am always trying to give my guests a great experience here in San Diego and the chance to explore and really get to know my favorite place in the world!
