Walk-in closets, washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen. This is all accompanied by a great set of amenities: one free garage parking space ,two pools, fully equipped gym and lounge room. Everything in the apartment is for guest use. Washer and dryer included, balcony access, kitchen has basic utensils to cook.

All amenities and common spaces at the condo are for guests to use. There is a trash chute at the unit’s floor next to “07 unit”. Amenities are located on the 14th floor. There is a steam room for men and another one for women. There is a fully equipped gym, game room, two pools.. ******This unit being offered are in a condominium that are individual owned and not ADA accessible.

There are a variety of shops located walking distance from the property. We have Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Center. We are at the center of Brickell Avenue where a variety of night clubs and restaurants are available for guests to enjoy

The prestige waterfront location is only steps away from the Brickell Bay Boardwalk, Brickell Ave, many restaurants, bars and lounges. A 7-eleven is located on the ground floor & CVS around the block. Brickell is the city's financial center, where glittering business towers and luxury condos tower over Biscayne Bay fashionable boutiques in the Brickell City Centre attract the chic locals.

The Trolley is free of charge and has different routes taking guests to bayside, all throughout Brickell and into the city. Many buses are available as well for only 2.25. Uber is the quickest and most comfortable form of transportation in our city, not to mention how inexpensive it is. A variety of taxes are located only one block away from the property as well.

Registration
Guest will be required to register with the building in order to have access to enter the unit and get a parking pass. Only 1 guest will be registered additional guest will be additional fee of $100 optional if you wish to have more fobs. For security reasons there is a registration form for the building, send us your email once your reservation is confirmed so we can send you a form to fill out, please fill it out and send back to us with a copy of your ID for the main person and names of all parties staying in the apt. We want to ensure the security of all the guests and the residents of the building. Please do this a few days before your stay to allow me to register you with the building. Thank you
Keys:
- You will find one copy of apartment keys in our keycafe box that is located in the lobby outside of the ECR Office (104B) behind the security desk in the small hallway
- To access the key cafe, you will either receive a text or email with instructions/code from keycafe. Send us a message always via Airbnb.
- Please lock the doors and return the keys to the key cafe upon checkout. WiFi common area the club
