Sunny Garden Home near the beach - Santa Barbara

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom PLUS casita home is nestled in 1/2 acre of beautiful garden with California Oaks, Pepper trees and Palms. Each window looks out to a beautiful garden setting. The back garden with its sunny southern exposure, is a lovely place to sit and admire the scenic views to the lower lawn and beyond to an open meadow. The private beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the house. The house is located near endless paths for walking on the More Mesa preserve.

The space
The house is situated in a cul-de-sac on a quiet street. 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, plus a Casita with a double bed. One bedroom, the Studio, has a separate entrance with bathroom on suite. There is a hot tub outside the master bedroom as well as an outside hot and cold shower. There are two living rooms, one is more of a TV viewing room while the other looks out to the terrace and garden below, and a full kitchen with everything you'll need for cooking and dining. There is an outside gas b-bque on the terrace. And a cozy sitting area for outside relaxing. The property has a lot of beautiful little nooks for relaxing in the garden. We take great care in making everything fresh and clean between each booking. We regularly update and upgrade the different spaces when guests give input of things they would like.

Guest access
Guests will have the whole house and garden. Hosts stay in the annex next to the house . The driveway is a shared space.

We have awesome neighbors. We ask that you would respect our house and neighborhood as if it was yours. There is parking for 3 cars . Parking is not allowed on the street. No parties or events. We ask that the house and beach access only be used for rental guests.
