Built the hillside of Tortola’s south shore is Summer Heights. As you drive up to this luxury villa, the vista unfolds and the islands come into view. As you pass through the entrance doors, the panoramic views before you are simply breathtaking, and they’re all yours. Summer Heights has views from every room; a beautiful kitchen for preparing your favorite meal to easy access to the stunning pool - a marvelous Caribbean holiday awaits you.

A poolside verandah offers dining and is ideal for viewing sunsets. Next door is the gourmet kitchen and bar with the large Great Room next door. On two levels are four air-conditioned king bedroom suites with their own baths. On the lower level are two bedroom/bath suites that open a sun deck equipped with a hammock for that avid book reader. The upper bedrooms both have their very own private balcony. Furnished with cable TV, VCR, radio and a coffeemaker all suites offer views that are simply unforgettable.

The charming Turtle Dove Suite is located on the opposite end of the pool; doors open out onto the pool deck from this bedroom which makes the pool a few steps away. A king bed, A/C, cable TV, a bath with his-and-her sinks, a bidet and large shower complete the bedroom suite. A lovely air-conditioned sixth bedroom furnished with twin beds is accessed via an interior staircase from Turtle Dove Suite. This suite shares a bath with Turtle Dove Suite below and is perfect for parents with young children.

The villa’s central location offers easy access to all the island’s restaurants, shops and amenities. Fantastic beaches such as Smugglers Cove, Cane Garden Bay, Brewers Bay, Rogues Bay, Long Bay and many other beaches are close by.

The villa is perfect for just one couple, a group of friends or a family holiday with the children. Summer Heights offers simple luxury, packaged with the warm sun and fun of the Caribbean.

NOTE : 2 additional persons (over 12 total) may be accommodated with air mattresses, placed either in the Great Room or the loft bedroom at a cost of $50 per person per night.
