Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee and access to a washing machine and dryer.

Guests also have access to a Kayak that is placed beneath the deck with a life vest hanging on the deck below the lower level – please note that the owner does not take any responsibility for you while you are in the water using the Kayak so please use it with caution.

Please note that parking is strictly on the wooden platform that belong to us on the main road, street side. Do not park on the street side as the road is busy and narrow. Our nicely designed parking platform can easily host 2-cars. However, if you have more than two cars there are many parking spots at the nearby public Illahee dock.


There are some staircases (towards the beach) and railings in the house that could be potentially hazardous to young children who are not carefully watched. Please look over the pictures carefully and evaluate your child's restrictive needs.


The walkway down to the water is a wide, safe path, however, it is a steep hill that does take some endurance to be able to walk back up.


Few other quick points:


- Security camera located on exterior of home.
- No Pets allowed without prior authorization.
- No Additional Guests beyond total guest count allowed on property without prior authorization.
- No refund due to issues with hot-tub. We try to ensure hot-tub is at the best condition before every move. But technical glitches beyond our control do happen especially during busy weeks.
- Evidence of unauthorized pets, additional guests, or smoking on property could result in immediate termination of reservation and forfeiture of security deposit.

Please note: the booking guest will be required to e-sign a renter agreement on behalf of all the guests included on the reservation; this ensures the house rules have been acknowledged. Likewise, booking guests will need to complete simple guest verification process from our 3rd party vendor, Truvi, in order to provide a damage protection policy at no cost to the guest.
